Trees & Glades of the Goddess

Breathe in the rich air of life
Notice the delicate lines of the trees
In this moment, you have peace

The light peeks through the branches
The shade is cool and comforting
Visiualize the breeze upon your face

Breathe in deeply and slowly
When next you see a Tree . . . Remember
Trees are ever present sanctuaries of the Spirit
Honor them and they will fill you with life's energy

Next time you see a tree, take a moment to focus on a single branch. Look at the texture, and the rich shades of color. Imagine that you have never seen a branch before and really see its shape, and the way smaller branches grow out of it.

Each branch has its own unique texture. The tree's bark is a map of its life, with scars, and changes, and growth. We are like the trees. Now look even closer

To know the Goddess, is to be aware of Her living forms

which are all around us, waiting to be discovered. 

A sunlit garden is filled with the sacred dance of elements. Fire energy from the sun sparks life Water from ground and sky sustains each leaf Air from the breeze and oxygen from the plants abound Earth cradles the roots and is present in the rocks and soil This is the ultimate power of the elements in pure flow The power to bring forth life, and bloom.        Nature is waiting to open the memories of your ancestors that live deep within you. Memories that respond to the rustle of leaves, or the sound of a twig breaking underfoot, or the howl of wind as it moves through the trees.
